Figured it was worth a shot to see if any of them stomach gadgets worked. Just saw a commercial about it.

i like the vibrating things that you stand on. i saw an ad that claimed 10 minutes of standing on a vibrating platform was worth like an hour of walking.

Somehow I can see these vibromachines working. If you have to fight the kinetic energy. If this becomes an Olympic sport...

The best stomach workout I know is when you lay on your side and use your core strength to shift your lower body weight from left to right causing you to flip from left side to right side. Repeat for reps.
