Hard to follow that first post.

I accomplished a couple goals last month, went to the gym 10+? times, and my back isn't bothering so much, so I'm going to start squatting and DLing again this month, which is exciting.

I played no hockey which is weak, and gained weight also which is weak, but not too surprising.

This month's goals are start squatting and deadlifting again, gym/workout 10+ times, hockey if possible, and lose weight this month.

December goal: Work harder than anyone I know(in real life or online) at becoming a better overall athlete. Make workouts be absolute torture, eat near perfectly(at least until I go home for holidays), and continue the progress towards getting in the best shape of my life.

I don't remember if I set any goals per se, but I raped November. Fairly sure I didn't miss a workout on 5/3/1. I did 2 or 3 additional workouts of powercleans + conditioning and I think 3 rugby training sessions over the last 2 weeks.

So I'm gunna set these December goals:

- 18 5/3/1 workouts
- 9 rugby trainings (if training doesnt happen for some reason, i.e. weather, I'll do my own session in the gym)
- 3 powerclean + cardio sessions (I'll give myself Christmas day off )

goals -

hit my weight on thursday (need to be 201, woke up today at 207 been chugging water and pissing all day so looks good, will hit the sauna tomorrow night)

IF my way to a legit 201 by dec 31st

improve my push-ups sit-ups and 1.5 mile

gtg some bench

find some plates and a weight tree

don't kill myself using my awesome squat stands

I also set a target.I want to increase me weight up to 5 pounds.My weight is decreased in last two moths and i want to regain it again.Do any one suggest how to increase weight.I tried many ideas but it will not increase please some one help to increase my weight.

Goals: Lose some weight, maintain some strength and basically WIM into setting myself up into a good spot to start off 2011.

Which reminds, I had a great idea!

I've been trying to figure out what we are going to call 2011 for short.

Hm don't think I set any Nov goals.

Dec goals:
- don't miss a single workout beyond planned ones (like two)
- Gain 3-4 lbs of non-crappy weight
- Gain FIFTY POUNDS on the bench. Or perhaps...20 would be good (5RM).
- Buy awesome gifts for my family

Too lazy to check for Nov goals, but I am sure I failed most.

Dec
-Want to somehow luckbox 405lb deadlift before the year is over (hit 315x7 last week and failed 365x1 on monday though).

-If I can get down to 170lbs for bodyweight, then 170x5x3 in the press (just started a smolov jr. for press).

-max chin-up >+110lbs which is last tested 1rm.

Good luck, but please don't do an Assani 1RM DL to achieve this.

My November Goals from my log and Actuals:

DL: 345 (+10 each workout, shouldn't be too hard) (355)
Bench: 200 (+5 each workout, I hate my bench but should make it)(200)
Rows: 175 (+5 each workout, have no idea on these since they are fairly new)(175)
Press: 145 (+5 each workout, sucks worse than my bench, so we'll see)(150)
Squat: 335 (+5 each workout, we'll see on that) (335)

December Goals:
Maintain novice progression as long as possible (10 lifting days for me).
Start doing Front Squats on DL days, probably will start on Monday
DL: 405 (+10 each workout, probably will be hard)
Bench: 225 (+5 each workout, I still hate my bench but should make it)
Rows: 200 (+5 each workout)
Press: 175 (+5 each workout, still sucks worse than my bench, so we'll see)
Squat: 360 (+5 each workout, we'll see on that)
Front Squat: ????

To somehow manage to not cripple myself with an already sore back, whilst building an aerobic cardio base and cutting weight and maxing out conditioning.

Seeing as I don't believe this is possible, but if so, that it will likely get me a Nobel Prize or something as it will clearly change our understanding of the known universe, some time, on or about Dec 31st....if I have no back pain, I am fully prepared to call up Stephen Hawkins and say, "You may as well just die already. I got everything figured out."

Wow sick work.

My goal is to have more than 50 posts in this thread. No point in setting a fitness goal since that will probably be an auto fail until February or so.
