I don't remember if I set any goals per se, but I raped November. Fairly sure I didn't miss a workout on 5/3/1. I did 2 or 3 additional workouts of powercleans + conditioning and I think 3 rugby training sessions over the last 2 weeks.
So I'm gunna set these December goals:
- 18 5/3/1 workouts
- 9 rugby trainings (if training doesnt happen for some reason, i.e. weather, I'll do my own session in the gym)
- 3 powerclean + cardio sessions (I'll give myself Christmas day off
)
