Back in the gym after a week (two workout days) missed.

I dialed the squats bit a back because I hadn't been feeling good about my form at 125 and didn't want to push too hard after the week back. I figured if I killed it then I could easily up it next week. I don't feel like I killed it. I'm back to descending too fast. However, I think I did better in making sure to keep my knees shoved out, and forcing myself back on my heels if I felt my weight drift forward (which it did) and as a result I felt it (omg don't kill me kidcolin) in my glutes today in a way I haven't before. I predict this means good things for my goal of a super sexy booty.

Bench press I did up the weight on and felt really good about. It's funny how easy 45lbs feels now considering how wobbly I was to start. The workset wasn't easy, but it wasn't too hard. Felt my last set was the best form wise as I fought the most to keep it in the groove.
Deadlifts my back feels and looks better, but I was surprisingly tired by the time I got to my workset. Surprised a week off made me so wimpy so fast. Had ot rest a bit. I think I am ready to up the weight next workout, hopefully I won't feel so wiped out.

Interestingly, or not, my weight has not changed at all in 3 weeks according to the gym scale. Clearly I have gotten stronger so hopefully this bodes well for putting on muscle? I still don't see a lot of changes in my physique, other than arms. Hopefully I will start to see more soon.
A lady was in the gym today with a super hot thin tan body - the kind of body that other women automatically envy, and she was talking to another hot body (less of a hot body than her but still in good shape) and was asking if she looked weird cuz she felt funny and the other girl was reassuring her that no she looked great. We all have issues. They even had super hot workout clothes. I felt worthless. I consoled myself with the fact that super hot girl had boy hips and her boobs were likely fake.
Tomorrow I get a haircut and next weekend I get a free facial (yay Sephora). Maybe I will go on a spending spree. But I kinda don't want to buy new clothes until I get a bit super sexier. And know better what will happen to my thighs. Dammitall. At least it's getting close to skirt season.
Time to go watch a play and exercise my intellectual artistic side. It also has nuditiez in it. Unsure if male or female.
