Thanks man!

On how I look: Fitting into clothes a lot better. Face looks skinnier, belly looks a bit smaller. But its wierd when I look at photos from 2 months ago, it looks like i was a lot taller lol

On the feel side, when I do cardio now, I do 25 mins at 80% max heartrate on both cross trainer and ecliptical. Before I could barely do 5 mins!

Stupid stuff as well, like bending down to tie my shoe laces isnt a hassle...

Not there yet though. This isnt just a weight loss thing for me but a change in life!

again appreciate the support!

I used to have cereal for breakfast, though after a while I found it pretty tough as a couple of hours later I'd be super hungry... presumably coz of low fat and protein content

Now I have eggs everyday, works for me much better... but obv if porridge is working ok for you so far stick at it!

looks like you get plenty of protein the rest of the day, its just breakfast I'd consider chaning..

Hi man as much as i love eggs dont know if i could do it everday. I sometimes have it for breekie or a light dinner..

In fairness the porridge keeps me full, and I try to alter the fruit I put in it. Also handy for the fibre.. Veggies and pulses aside its really the only carb staple i have..

Dam id love to have eggs benedict soon, maybe for a birthday treat in June!
