I think I actually have much better discipline than the average H&Fer, I just disagree with some programming decisions that are probably small stones in the grand scheme of things.
As discussed above, I have not dieted at all in the last year (which I think is very important in delaying stalling) and from workout to workout I generally always put more weight on the bar. I think many posters on this forum psyche themselves out and find excuses to stop progressing far short of their "genetic potential."
Sometimes you have to just say F it, load the bar, and lift-- regardless of how sh*tty you feel.
In short, "I (more or less) do the program."
I also do not think I am especially strong (In many lifts I am weaker), compared to other posters on this board near my size doing similar programs, for example Blackkeys, Assani Fisher, or KhalynYork.
