Workout Thusday 9/8/11
-Hadn't squatted or deadlifted heavy in a while and legs were feeling good so decided to go for a 1 RM squat PR for pretty much the first time ever. Wasn't too bad. Video'd the last attempt. Had to audioswap because some douchebag (me) was screaming during the entire rep.
-This was real hard from the get go, but I guess my brain was so foggy from the squats that I did not figure out why until I was done. Apparently I forgot to change out of my squat shoes. I know some people like to press in their squat shoes, but I am not one of those people. Anyways, worked up to 160x2. I should be getting at least 4 with this weight, but I blame the shoes. I think I will repeat this workout again sometime soon.
-last rep was a little iffy, but I do get the full range of motion at the bottom, so I am willing to give myself the benefit of the doubt if I may have come up a little short at the top.
