Are you sure that is only 25-30%? If so, I will definitely take the under. I admit I am not really good at figuring out female body fat %, cause that is really not important to me.

All I know is when I pass an attractive female on the sidewalk I feel a strong temptation to turn around and check out the backside view. If the chick is too fat or too skinny there is no temptation, but there is a pretty wide range of sizes and shapes in between where there is.

My legs are surprisingly dead and sore today considering I only did one 5 rep workset yesterday. Hopefully rebound by tomorrow.

It's sort of astonishing, like there are literally women 1/4th her weight with much larger boobs.

Relative hormone levels determine body fat location. Despite being female, that woman probably has a more "masculine" hormonal profile, meaning bodyfat will accumulate prerentially in the stomach area, as opposed to breasts/hip/butt for women. She probably also has a relatively flat butt too.

Even in the "coveted" 25-30% bf range (which I dispute that woman is in) I imagine there are plenty of women with a more attractive shape.

I have elite fat storage for a female. It all goes straight to my T & A. Also I have very little body hair.

Should I get my test levels checked?

Maybe you have very high testosterone and it is being converted into estradiol?

Well, you did imply you had fat tits. And I am not sure there is a clear correlation between T levels and body hair. I have seen plenty of buff dudes that didn't have too much (even before shaving and waxing) and plenty of hairy dudes that looked like they had metabolic syndrome.

-I think I read somewhere on Rip's forum being able to do this indicates one has achieved the level of moderately strengthed human being, so I can check that one off the bucket list. Was very hard though. Don't think I have any more 5x5's in me.

After the set of 15, my arms were burning with lactic acid, and it really affected the next 2 sets, need to pace myself better, live and learn.

Workout Thusday 9/8/11

-Hadn't squatted or deadlifted heavy in a while and legs were feeling good so decided to go for a 1 RM squat PR for pretty much the first time ever. Wasn't too bad. Video'd the last attempt. Had to audioswap because some douchebag (me) was screaming during the entire rep.

-This was real hard from the get go, but I guess my brain was so foggy from the squats that I did not figure out why until I was done. Apparently I forgot to change out of my squat shoes. I know some people like to press in their squat shoes, but I am not one of those people. Anyways, worked up to 160x2. I should be getting at least 4 with this weight, but I blame the shoes. I think I will repeat this workout again sometime soon.
