Is it good repping that 6times with perfect form @ 65-68kg bodyweight after around 9weeks back in the gym?

i srsly dont understand my resulsts in stupid kg's, i alwyas had a bad bench when i was deadlifting 300's and squatting 300's and barbell rowing high 200's i never benched more than 195pounds 4times after like 3years
A bar is 20 kg/44.0924524 pounds if its a real bar.

Dunno, but if you want to hit a 9 iron longer, you have to make a "wrong" grip, as in you need to close it a lot...

65% next week :-) Did put 200 into the calculator, because I promised to lift 200 before year ends, but if I finish the cycle without any misses I should be able to do more than 200...

Im going to modify this somehow for squat. The quads/hams split is born imo.

I finished the what I was supposed to do within an hour, so we did some more work.

Its me who decide what me and my training partner does at the gym, and I got a bit tired of figuring out ME exercises so 11 weeks of just doing what the paper says is going to be nice.

What do you do for squat atm?

Good question. I've cut down to once a week because of the DL. I've been just focusing on the back squat and doing 5x2-3 and 4x4 pause. I cut out the hamstring work too.

Really, since I'm only squatting once a week, I should probably find an actual routine and follow it. Lemme know if you turn up anything good.

Seems like more of a peaking program. I've never worked with reps that high on the squat. Not sure what to think of that.

I'm going to ask around for a good 1x/week squat outline. Maybe some people will have tried that.

planning on taping any of the DL attempts?

Played a left handed session of poker today. Shoulder/back is fine with it, but my elbow needs to get used to it I think...

Cookie, have you ever checked out the software forum here? There are AHK scripts you can use that may help you, so you don't have to use the mouse.

No, I just like using the keyboard instead of the mouse so I wrote a quick AHK to do that. I thought that's what betpot did. Using the keyboard instead of the mouse might help relieve the pain, or so I've heard. I don't really know what your problem is.

im not sure either, what the exactly problem is... I use mouse only and no keyboard.

How does the betpot script for the keyboard work? I could table select with the mouse, but play tables with the keyboard only, should lessen the load.

I've never used betpot. But I thought you could assign keystrokes for fold, call, raise, 1/2 pot, full pot, etc.
