nice gym and REALLY nice cooking, those dishes look restaurant-esque

I love those Dimmel Deadlifts. Last time I did those I did them after a heavy workout for like 30 seconds time instead of reps with 135 I think, and my posterior chain was just wrecked for days afterwards

Lol nice, Im no master chef, my trick is garlic pepper, goes with everything.

The dimels was on the lighter side today, so dont think ill feel them to much, the GM raises did bite a lot today though.

Got me inspired, so went bat**** insane in the kitchen.

Chicken in berrries, lime, rasp oil, garlic pepper sea salt and veggies and fruit on the side.



The taste is very intense, but I think it would be better without the pepper

Oatmeal + water + a little salt. Nuked 2 minutes in microwawe. Cut one apple on top.

I have this thing where I avoid heavily processed food, actually any processed food, but to be fair 1 scoop more shouldnt kill me...

So my parents came by today, so I figured it would be a nice occasion to show off my newly achieved cooking skills



Entrecou with garlic pepper, aspargues in smoked salmon, puré of fresh tomatoes and avocado.

Salad on the side + 1 glass of wine.

Diet for the day.

Up kind of late for my tee time, so 40 cl of cocio for brakefast.

1 chicken bacon sandwich

1 pear

1 chicken salad at the golf restuarant (i make better food imo, pineapple from a can imo... just sad)

1 pear

Dinner as shown above, a got 2 steaks.

1/3 package of mint chocolates + some green tea.

WO:

9 holes of golf, had 1 par at a par 3 hole.

Couldnt find my ball in the rough close to hole 6, a par 5, in 3 strokes, tilted me insanely.... :-=)

Losing a ball when you KNOW it is right there somewhere drives me crazy. You can picture it landing right there and yet when you get up there you just can't find it. So annoying.
