All those DLs were exhausting but I feel good right now
. Pause squats were probably too light.
I recently bought Mike T's RTS manual and I should be able to quickly work my way through it. I'm probably going to try to construct yet another program for myself, but for now I'm just kinda going in and lifting heavy.
