Great day.
My goal was to hit 155 on OHP since I missed it last time. It went up quick enough so I went for 160. When that also went up fairly quick I pushed for a second PR. 165 was a grind and my form was kinda wack (had some side lean going on), but I got it up. I immediately noticed how much snappier my lockout has become. I think all the tricep work I've been putting in has made a pretty big difference in my pressing movements.
Benching with the fat gripz on the bar was very humbling. I went in expecting to smoke 3x8x186 fairly easily, but 3x5 was pretty challenging. No way I could hit 8. Hopefully next time
