Lewis recommends annimal pak multi vits, which contain bromelain, lipase, inulin, peptase and papain.

i've heard a lot of people suggest those. They're like 10 pills though.
Just look up digestive enzymes on amazon and you'll find a bunch of stuff. I've never tried them.
I've never done full on keto, but when I was consuming ~300g of protein with a lot of whey protein, it was a digestive disaster. Very gassy, loose stool, frequent bouts of mud-butt. When I scaled back to ~200g it was fine.

Yeah, I'm not sure of the scientific efficacy of any of this ****, but I can tell you that since I've been taking it on this psmf for the last 5 days, I've had no digestive problems. Easy peasy.
continuing with the psmf and deload
lots more mobilities, new squat jerk one, and a new shoulder external rotator one
snatch
60x3, 5 sets
clean and jerk complexes, klokov complex at 100 kg, 4 rounds
paused front squat
225x2, 5 sets
some reverse hypers with 100 lbs + body weight chins 3x10

worked up to 100 for 4 somewhat easy singles, powered most of them
clean and jerk

split these and my knee didn't hurt anymore, **** yeah. Gonna try 150 this weekend
front squat
160, 160, 160, 160, 140x2, 140x2
I've figured it out, the key is to deload for a week, take two whole days off, daydrink your face off in SF, do illicit substances, come back and set new daily maxes, rinse repeat

my left shoulder has been bugging me for about 10 days, it's a sharp shooting pain from the rotator cuff down the length of my arm that occurs when I fully internally rotate the shoulder. it ****ing sucks, cause today it finally started affecting the ROM of a jerk, so I couldn't really do anything overhead. ugh
snatch pulls
worked up to 130x2 for 4 sets
clean
worked up to 5 singles at 150
front squat
5 singles at 160, 2 doubles at 140
close grip bench press (lbs lol)
