Weight 146 - smolov is starting to get a little tougher, especially doing the 5x5 on Sunday. Would of normally been a Monday workout but had to move up a day.

I keep losing weight, have to try to end that and probably not good to have lost weight while completing smolov. One more session left than I have completed smolov. There have only been two days where I felt the weight being heavy, but those were days I had a hard to getting loose, specifically in my hip area. Overall, I liked the program and might do it again at the end of the year.
Hopefully, will push my max squat to 315+ @ 140lb body weight. Went kind of conservative when I started stating my max squat was 235, even though I could of done 250. Hit 290 before the switching phase.
