Hey guys,

I've decided to make a thread to chronicle my progress in bodyweight fitness. I've recently stopped going to the gym as much as I'd like, so I figured if I have a thread to update and hold me responsible for my progress, it could help.

Quick background:
I've always been interested in fitness since I was 16. Originally I just wanted to look big, so I put my efforts into bodybuilding. By 18 I did my first teen amateur natural show. This was mainly just to get the experience of doing a show, I wasn't really jacked. During this time I also became a personal trainer, and thought I wanted to work in the fitness industry long term. Being a PT quickly became unappealing to me, as I had a boss who pushed quotas hard, and I wasn't able to keep up. I felt more like a salesman than a personal trainer. I quit doing training and went to college. Since then I've casually trained here and there yo-yoing up and down in weight. At my lowest I was probably 140 lbs 4% BF at my show, and highest of 172 12-15% bf during my bulk. Ideally I'd like to be around 160 10% bf.
Most recently (last couple of years) I've been into bodyweight fitness. I feel it aligns with my goals in being healthy, and is more functional strength, focusing on core and good form.

My main fitness goals:
  1. 160lbs 10% bf
  2. Healthy diet

Able to do:
  1. One arm push-ups
  2. L-sits
  3. L-sit pull-ups
  4. Pistol squats
  5. Tuck front levers

The routine I'm doing and will be doing for the future is

Here's some stats recorded august 15th

Height: 5' 9.5"
Weight: 154 lbs (scale in the morning) 155.8 lbs (scale at gym) 70 kg (lol canada)
Waist 33.5 in
Bi's: 12.5 in relaxed 13.25 in flexed
Thighs: 18.75 in relaxed
Bodyfat: 15.6%
Fat Mass: 24.21 lbs

Recently WCOOP and vacationing killed my fitness progress, so I've dropped a few lbs of muscle, and lost strength. So it will be a little while before I get back to August stats.
