I'm really not sure but I'll pay more attention to it. There are 6-8 relevant posts on Rip's website which sound applicable (and 1 or 2 kinda scary imo...Rip rarely ever tells someone to immediately see a doctor).
I've had it happen now twice front squatting (for 10x reps), once kb swinging, and once bench pressing. Today I took a lacrosse ball for about 20 minutes and worked the neck/trap muscles before training. Also took it easy and didn't push for many extra reps. I'll feel good if I make it through through the month but will probably go to the doctor next time. Risk/reward is just way off.
