Last couple workouts I've had a weird exertion-headache thing when really doing reps of 10 on the front squats and repping out on the bench press. Makes me nervous. Will have to see a doctor if it happens anymore.

I'm really not sure but I'll pay more attention to it. There are 6-8 relevant posts on Rip's website which sound applicable (and 1 or 2 kinda scary imo...Rip rarely ever tells someone to immediately see a doctor).

I've had it happen now twice front squatting (for 10x reps), once kb swinging, and once bench pressing. Today I took a lacrosse ball for about 20 minutes and worked the neck/trap muscles before training. Also took it easy and didn't push for many extra reps. I'll feel good if I make it through through the month but will probably go to the doctor next time. Risk/reward is just way off.

I get headaches from tight muscles in the neck. Frequently, its been because I shrugged my shoulders during exercises when I should have had the shoulders pulled down & back. If that's what caused your issue, just try to be conscious of it. If you think its not that & possibly something more serious, get it checked out imo.
