beastly curlz

eta: squats look very good for the record. Your toe angle is a bit on the extreme side, something to think about.

Re: -C-P- Early Bar Prep Log

Thanks...I was wondering about that myself (toe angle). Seems like every squat session my form is slightly different. Its amazing how difficult getting squat technique down is.

5/7

Burpees: 3x12 (:27, :29, :30)
High intensity conditioning session: 1/4 Mile 50lb Sandbag Run-3:20 seconds (lol)...sad thing it was supposed to be a 1/2 mile. Probably should have waited more than 1 minute after the burpees were finished but my wife was in a hurry cuz it started raining. Finished with a 100m Waiters' Walk. F'n Terrible.

Re: -C-P- Early Bar Prep Log

I'm graduating from law school tomorrow, you almost done too?

**** man 2 weeks of freedom then Bar bri for 2 months and the bar exam.

They said we should be studying 8 hours a day in addition to the class.

Anyway good luck with everything. It'll be bar review and lifting and probably nothing else for a couple months lol.

Re: -C-P- Early Bar Prep Log

Yeah I'm graduating tomorrow too. I've heard 6 hours plus the classes but the recommendations are all over the place. I'm working about 20 hours a week so we'll see how it works out. Lifting might just keep me sane. Good luck man.

5/10

Walk 60 minutes
Skipped burpees. I'm kinda sore...its hard to do burpees on off days when I'm at the bottom of the range of reps on squats.

Pretty beastly set of DL's. Nice work. Damn strong bench as well.

Re: -C-P- Early Bar Prep Log

Thanks. AMRAPing DLs was weird at first but it clicked today. Plus my wife was waiting to use the bar for squats and was watching the whole time. I think I know G4S's secret.
