Was sick about 2 weeks and then was really lazy. So I basically took a month off. This week I took it easy and squatted up to 225ish tops for volume.
My wife has roped me into a "biggest loser" contest with a bunch of friends. It starts tomorrow and only goes for about 8 weeks so no big deal. I had planned to cut anyway so it works out pretty good. Agreed to it on Wednesday and pounded carbs/water. Gained about 9 lbs lol.
Training wise, I plan on doing RPT or something like it and adding some walking/light cardio.
Got roped into playing basketball. I actually didn't play too bad. I struggled shooting but basketball IQ doesn't go away. Completely crushed a dude on a pick. Thank you squats & DLs.
