I am coming from the 888 thread so I haven't read this log but...

The PC looks kind of ****ed. You're clearly a strong guy because you're cleaning that weight the wrong way with ease but you need to catch the bar in the rack position. You're basically just holding it up with your shoulders. Even if your wrists aren't flexible, as it's coming down on the front rack, you can partially release your grip and use your fingers to guide the bar into position. Working on that and whipping your elbows around will probably also help with the reverse curling that you have going on.

Regarding working on reverse curling, my instructor for the PC held a PVC pipe basically right in front of the bar (a few inches). Then the challenge is to do the PC without touching the PVC. It definitely helps focus the action on the power generation followed by elbow whip -- as opposed to a three step process of power, reverse curl the bar up, then elbow whip. Try it out sometime if you can get someone to hold a straight bar or pipe up in front of you (make sure their hand isn't in an area on the bar/pipe that it can get hit -- that might hurt).

You're also not even close to going into triple extension but that is probably something you can work on once you get the elbow action correct. It will definitely allow you to PC a ton more

I'm actually sorta impressed that you're strong enough to be able to lift 155 with your arms like that, but a PC that is not. Basically everything N82 said.

It's hard to tell on the press whether the bar path is vertical due to the camera angle, but it doesn't quite look like it is. Try to move your head out of the bar path just barely enough so as not to whack yourself in the nose, and move the bar straight up. Give it a good shrug at the end as well.

I just looked at the first set of squats but they looked good.

My lol cleans are def terrible. I feel like I'm kinda shrugging then just punching my elbows thru. I'm positive I'm using no biceps but not sure. Should I do high pulls or something else for now?

Claunchy, I think my press is good. Its prob the angle as you said.

More feedback appreciated if anyone else is reading. I'm really worried about my squats. Friends say my buttwink is getting better but I can't really tell.

Try some front squats with the clean grip. They don't need to be particularly heavy, but it should help you with getting into a stable and balanced rack position during your cleans. Almost nobody is going to have it perfectly their first try. I was having the same problem where I was holding the bar with my hands at the top instead of resting it on my shoulders. I just did some light front squats post-workout for 2 weeks or so to get adjusted to a comfortable rack position. My powercleans improved quite a bit after that.

i wonder if i couldve hit 15 on 225 if i didnt do the set prior. i think my PR there is 14. i like how my 225 repout is still similar to what I did a few months ago but im down 3 reps on 275 from my PR. guess losing 20lbs will do that

need a better vid angle cuz it seems, based on the movement, that the bar is in a higher position than it should be. leads to some weird shifting.

crazy optical illusion imo. when he goes to rack it doesn't look like he needs to rotate it very far for it to be straight. also, when it is straight but you can't see the lower part of his shoe, it still looks like it's pointed out.

The lol clean is improved a bit because at least the bar does eventually get to a quasi rack position. But you're still catching the bar in a press position then lowering it to your shoulders. The idea behind the clean is that you get a lot of momentum going and get your body under the bar around it's highest point (obv stupid to catch it on the way up or after it's been traveling downward much). Try to have the bar land directly on the rack position with just your fingers on the bar. No pause at the top to catch it in a press position and put it down. That should help to force the elbow whip around the bar.
