Split squats or lunges of any kind would be far superior to extensions. GHRs are far superior to leg curls. You know that.

A lot do. Not as much in multi ply as single ply, and not as much in single ply as in raw, but Blaine Sumner who just won ipf open worlds with I think a 1069 squat does.

That's a handful of good ones, and I havent counted all of them, but it still seems to me that way more of the best squat upright.

You can squat upright with low bar if you have short femurs compared to your torso length. Being upright doesn't mean you squat high bar

From what I've seen close-up of people trying to do that, its very hard to keep the bar from rolling. I guess if you can make that happen without rolling being an issue, it would be a good way to squat.

My squat proportions aren't good probably but me being lazy and stubborn doesn't help my short torso medium femurs.

Yeah but Hawaiin genes and leverages.

I been doing a lot of pull-ups lately. Got 19 clean ones. Doesn't mean shiet. As a matter fact YouTube 20 pull-ups. Have never seen a larger selection of DYELS in my facking life. Almost all of them look like shiet. The one arm pull-up guys look even worse.
