So the last pl meet in November there was a 165 who totaled >1200 but he weighed 155. Someone told me he's going down to 148 and he benched like 340 that meet so even if I make weight I'm not a lock to leave with the record. Def not taking first because I heard he just pulled 500x3 for multiple sets.

Might just put all my efforts into benching and cutting and relax on squat and dead smh

Man, i know i've said this to you like 50 times but it's your first full meet. Dont care about winning. I mean so what there is going to be an elite lifter in your class, who cares if you cant beat him. totalling 1150 and coming in 8th cause you're against elite competition is better than totaling 1140 and coming in first cause the only other guy in your class is 95 years old

Been eating very little during the day. Probably under 400 calories then I eat whatever and possibly too much after lifting.

So back to daily squats. Plan is to not hit many >@9 sets and for the most part stay in low intensities. This forces me to roll and take my mobility kinda seriously plus I feel like I work harder when I hit squats or pulls.

Squats are VERY high, not even just a little bit. Can he strip 10% from his squats to hit depth and just crush realb in sq/dl enough to compensate for his bench? I think so. I might actually have to bet on FalseLord HighElfSquat.


REALB Has more heart though I think. It's all just some diversion for FakeB to get healthier and have fun, but this is why RealB gets out of bed every morning.

And what about Wilks? Surely REALB wins there every time...
