Been eating very little during the day. Probably under 400 calories then I eat whatever and possibly too much after lifting.
So back to daily squats. Plan is to not hit many >@9 sets and for the most part stay in low intensities. This forces me to roll and take my mobility kinda seriously plus I feel like I work harder when I hit squats or pulls.
