re: squat.. went in planning on doing 265x5x5, but the 4th rep was kind of a grind and I bitched out. At that point, I knew I wasn't getting 4x5 so just went to hit a heavy single. Maybe I didn't warm up enough because my second 265 set was easy. I haven't lifted since tuesday because of school and I averaged more hours of sleep this week than I have all year, so idk why I was so bad at squats.
IDK what I'm gonna do now.. prob f around the rest of the year and not make any progress like last year sdkfjsdljfkfelsdgkjfkdzkgxhzscf
