That's the nice thing about losing BF, pull-ups and such get easier. Such a beast.

Re: Busto will never be a great PLer.. train for aesthetics

lol.. clearly crossfit is the reason why I've dropped some fat.

5/21 weighed in at 159.. eating carbs in a bit, tho.

f'd around and tried doing PHAT upper body power day

weighted chinups
bw x3 x4 (on the min)
+25x3
+60x3
+100x5
+100x3 x2

pendlay rows
155x8 x2 (easy)

weighted pullups
+25 x8
+35 x6

incline bench
bar x15 x2
85x5
115x5
145x5
175x3
205x3 (I had 245x2 or something last week, but no spotter)
195x4 x2

flat bench (supposed to use dumbbells but I hate those)
225x6 x2

military press
135x6 x2
135x5 (lol... no way I make the 6th)

inverted rows
3x10
supersetted with rope pushdowns
3x12

Had ~15min to the the military press and the rest if it matters.

I have a good feeling about this program for you. I think you will actually stick to it.

Also I re-tested the other day and could do only 16 pullups(bw 198 with clothes in the evening, around 193 in the mornings), I believe that makes you the police chief commissioner.

So Evobro....when you say pullups, do you actually mean pullups or chins? How big is the discrepancy in # of reps between the two for you?
