lmao idk what to call it. it is noticeably sore and kinda swollen. it felt great through my session tonight until I had to show off.. I mean warm up by doing muscle ups before my pullups.

snap city? re: working delts, I really have never felt my entire shoulders burn before prior from doing high rep (6+ lol) klokov presses. plus they are just fun to do.
