I'd say 12-15% is too high, people like Busto can get down to 10% or lower without having to go to the lengths of UD2.0.

100% sure somewhere in the book it says that it's meant for people under 15% bodyfat. Obviously there's many ways to lower BF%, and I'm sure someone like Busto could do it w/o UD2, but who knows, anything's worth a shot, and Lyle's a good person to be giving a shot. I've always wanted to try myself, maybe when I decide I'll also never be a great PLer haha.

I love that Busto's log is basically some sort of semi LC/informative thread where he sometimes shows up and posts log results, videos with music, and noodz, but the rest of the time seems self-regulated by the entire forum, lol.
