Busto will never be a great PLer.. train for aesthetics

Been dieting since 2+2 went down. Also just graduated kalledge.. time to grow up . Was RFl'ing and got down to 160 on my scale, but I've had a ton of carbs since thursday. I'm gonna continue to cut for another 3-4 weeks and then prob do 531 or something.

last session
5/12

squat
up to 225x3 x3 (paused third set)

bench
225x3
245x3
265x3

incline
185x3
195x3

Over the down time, I think I hbbs 245 or 255x3, benched 265x4 (did 275x4 before rfl), muscle snatched 135 like twice, hang PC'd 220 (+5lb pr), +80x5x3 chinups. Knee pain is pretty much gone.

Why didn't anyone tell me before how having off days would help so much? IDK how I did some of the stuff I did while rfl'ing.

Congrats!

I don't see how you wouldn't be a killer PL'er if you didn't need to be shredded & lift 9 times a week?

I agree, wholeheartedly. I consider hand ball and table tennis more important than powerlifting as well.
