2. BW- 178 > 185
3. Squat- 325x5 > 330x7
4. DL- 405x3 > 405x5
5. OHP- 160x1 > 170x1

I've never done the mustache growing thing. I donated to Movember before, but I have since read criticisms of the efficacy of what Movember supports, and I've reconsidered donating this year. Not that it's bad, just that there's other orgs I'd rather support.

I don't think that's your position though. I think you just hate mustaches.

My body's aching a bit, my head's a bit woozy, I have a non-normal headache. I don't mind lifting while feeling like AIDS, done that several times before - I just don't wanna increase the odds of getting sick since obv getting laid > benching. Though it's close.

[x] Make it to my race as well trained as possible and injury free - 3rd ain't bad for first race
[ ] Get past 90kg squat without getting injured - fail
[ ] Swim 1500m in one set - got to 1000m, but didn't swim as much as I thought I would
[x] Stop being terrible at power cleans - Getting better, not great but I don't suck
[ ] Train forearm endurance for climbing - Massive fail by pulling a finger tendon

November:

[ ] Go training with local triathlon club
[ ] 1500m swim
[ ] Set a decent 5k time at a ParkRun
[ ] Rehab finger tendon for climbing trip to Thailand
