Confirmed WOAT pic, but it was GOAT meal. Epic deliciousness. That's risotto along the top. A little like a pilaf, but much creamier. The sauce along the bottom is not actually a sauce but the residue from cooking the risotto. Would eat/would try to eat again.

As if I need more reasons for people to not read my log: I started crossfit again in August. Half because my best friend is starting it back up again and he lives in my building so we can go together, half because of a girl, and half bc it's good cardio (?) and different from my normal programming.

August is deadlift month and today's class was about establishing a 1RM. I didn't want to miss it as I love a deadlift. Last time I went for a 1RM was back in feb when I Assanied 505 and haven't really done much since then aside from a lot of cleaning so I had no clue what I'd be able to do.

Plot twist: curly was in attendance. I don't really care about her much any more in a relationship way but I still wanted to lift a lot and have her mirin. I think I cared more about this one coach mirin tho. Anyway, 315 and 405 went up easy peasy so instead of going for 455 I went straight for 495 cuz whatever, I knew I had it in me. It's the BtM way. As I approach, the coach yells encouraging words to me, and up the weight flies.
