No more McDonalds for me. I have been able to keep under my cals with the occasional Mcdonalds and did stay under last night when I ate it but it always makes me feel like ****. I will find a way to eat anything else besides Mcdonalds late at night from now on

On a more positive note I like my pre-workout meal of 2 sandwiches each with 4-4.5oz lean chicken/turkey/ham 2 slices of wheat bread and big spoon of light mayo. little over 300 cals/sandwich

On non workout days I split it up to one sandwich and eat the rest of the bag on its own

Imo, if you have to go to mcdonalds, just get a salad. anything else on the menu also makes me feel like absolute ****, as it should. i usually get a grilled chicken salad, seems the healthiest option imo. but i only go when i have to, once a month or so

I played live today which I'll likely do most Saturdays in the future and did alright. Looked like healthiest things to eat were chicken caesar wrap salmon or steak and I went with the wrap which turned out to be ~800 calories which isn't the worst in the world I guess. Had one Jack and diet as I was getting frustrated and decided no good would come from there. So I think I'll get out of the day ok as I'm right around where I want to be for calories

McDonalds is just terribad. I mean Burger King and Taco Bell are bad too, but I jsut want to die after eating anything McDonalds. All it is good for are the ice creme cones that are super cheap when everyone wants to eat there and i have no choice

Almost didn't go today but feel really glad I did

Squat wu+ 5x305 4x305 5x305- Even though I missed one these squats felt like my best ever. Pretty sure I am getting below parallel now and they were a little tougher because of that but felt very good. Wish I brought the camera to see if I could see the difference

Bench 5x210 3x210 4x210- Brought the bar down into my sternum on the 2nd set too low on my chest to get it up which was disappointing. Should be able to get this next time and avoid a reset

I shouldn't just log the good. Last 2 days I've been eating kind of meh, though still the right amounts of food I'm going for. Kinda felt like eating something bad on Monday and got a Five Guys burger that came in a little over 900 cals but manages to not eat much besides. Today I had a little Hungry Howie's but again didn't eat too many cals. Though those foods aren't as satisfying physically there's a psychological satisfaction so I do think it may be better for my sanity to have some days where I eat worse foods for weight loss so long as I can still stay under calories.

+1, that **** always make me feel like crap. Good going down, just remeber the feeling after next time you get the temptation.

did average of both forearms this time cause my right is bigger than left for some reason.. also felt like the overall % was prob too low

Haven't been going to the gym, meh probably go today

Have been doing really well sticking to my target calories. Was really pissed off yesterday and couldn't sleep. Searched house for frozen pizza to eat but after I didn't find one I just gave up and didn't eat anything for the extra 3 hours I was up.

Squats are getting strange. My form gets slightly better each time as I lose more weight and gain flexibility and I'm getting to the really tough part of bottom position. For the first time today I hit the bars on the pistol rack on my third rep of first set so I moved over to the other one with slightly lower bars.

Also I tried to force myself into low bar position when I had been doing high bar without really worrying about it. I like the way it felt but maybe I'm not quite used to it. Also I still can't really do it and wind up having my hands really far apart and I'm using the side of my hands to hold it because I can't keep it low with my palms without bending my wrists too much. I'll just keep working on it til I get it right

Weight 287.8 after running pretty good I hit 6 days breakeven but at least I'm on the way down again

decided to try high bar squats since I can't get into the true low bar position. Not sure which one I want to do long term. Did:

5x45, 5x95, 5x135, 5x185 5x225, 2x5x245

DL wu+ 5x345 felt really good to squeeze out that last rep. I improved my form slightly and did both lifts in socks because H&F got me paranoid about Dowins for non squats

I will be moving to Vegas in March so I really want to focus on making as much progress as possible in case I slip up in adapting to a new environment, but I'm not really too worried about that.
