It was a possibility when the meet was before the next show here but then they moved the meet to the week after the show so I couldn't if I wanted.. I think next one is July or August then the big show in Hawaii is in November, paradisecup

Ya we are pretty lucky here because they have about 7-8 shows throughout the year for entry level I was in the biggest one ever there was over 400 competitors.

I'd probably do men's bikini tho if I get on stage. My arms are lagging severely due to thinking I was too cool to do curls and all the countless weighted chinups I did went to lat width. My waist isn't small at all, just wide lats. waist could be much slimmer I'm sure.

Todays weight 189lbs went to see my coach and added some extra rice mon-fri 1/2 cup and on the higher cal weekends added 1.5 cup extra

Workout today was shoulders and calves took 10mg dbol 16 mg ephedrine and 300 mg caffeine pre

the test is in there i just post when i do my shots but im doing 375mg test twice a week atm everything will be changing next week as i get closer to the show though will be adding in masteron and switching the test E to test P.

Have you got any thoughts on EQ? Is it really more of a cosmetic drug like some people say or is it pretty dece for strength too? What about the side effects compared to tren?

I ran mast at 200mg/wk and had to quit because I got up around 3x/night to pee, had to pee 2-3x/workout, and my libido skyrocketted to crippling levels. Dryness+cramps too.

Its hard for me to say I used eq with test on a cycle when i was 20 but I didnt notice anything extra special compared to just using a test only cycle. I've only been using it about 4 weeks now and Id say it has for sure contributed to all the extra veins Im seeing but its hard to say whether its causing the strength gains because I started tren the same time and strength has been going up as bodyweight goes down. As for side effects I dont really experience any negative ones besides slightly higher bad cholesterol.

I already get up 3 times a night to pee anyways so i dont think the mast will make it much worse for me lol drinking 7 ltrs of water a day

hey man, just read your thread. i'm just wondering why someone would do this? what's your psychological motivation? end game?

not trying to be an ******* just trying to understand why someone would take juice to reach something they couldn't attain naturally. i'd imagine that whatever factor that led you to pursue this in the beginning, wouldn't really be fulfilled because you had to take steroids to get where you are.

i have a friend who does this stuff, but him i can understand because he doesn't take the juice so i'd imagine all that work must feel pretty rewarding.

Taking juice doesnt make anything more or less rewarding I compete in a sport where literally 100% of the people who compete use peds, not only that but in every professional sport the majority of athletes use peds

not exactly though. my buddy competes in the same sport as you but no one is allowed to use peds.

the sports analogy is weak because peds don't allow you to hit a baseball. and people aren't really playing for the 'psychological reward' they're playing for the next multi million dollar contract, so there is an incentive to cheat.

maybe it's an unfair question and too personal.

there is no such thing as natural bodybuilding competitions the only difference between those and the non tested events is in the tested events u take test suspension and drop it a few days before the show. Also in all sports peds help u im sorry I have to be the one to expose you to this but if you're playing any sport baseball, hockey, football whatever peds will help u for strength, endurance, recovery, even how fast u can recover after injuries with HGH is a big boost and any athlete will use it to remain competitive and yes especially with millions on the line. I use them because I like to compete and enjoy being bigger and stronger which is why everyone goes to the gym.

ya, the bigger and stronger thing i can understand. but not really fair to say "well athletes are doing it." these guys are playing for absurd money and have ego's the size of my apartment building of course they're going to take every edge they can get. and the younger athletes are motivated by being the next 'big thing'. so maybe they will cut corners sometimes.

i was just trying to understand why a normal with a family and **** would go to such extremes. i guess you want to be one of the big time bodybuilders?

I think it might be that you think that anabolic steroids are somehow extreme but there is about 0 deaths a year from them and any prescription drug , alcohol , smoking have hundreds of thousands of deaths a year. It is hardly extreme just something I enjoy doing, if someone were to tell you they enjoy drinking you wouldn't be asking why
