my diet changes slightly for saturday and sunday the previous diet was mon-fri i add about 50 grams carbs and 2 of the meals r extra lean ground sirlion instead of the chicken breast i usually gain a few lbs in water over the weekend. Injected 375mg test,225mg EQ and 100 mg tren also 0.5mg arimidex and 10mg dbol in the PM.
