Hey will be keeping a log of my diet and contest prep for the bcs...

started lifting at 12-13 was always into health and fitness and competed at 17 years old in bodybuilding but once i got into playing poker full time and getting married/having a kid i stopped lifting, fast forward to last july i was a fat 205 lbs and decided to get back into taking better care of myself and started to do bjj and losing weight got down to 175 in september and then started to lift again and decided to compete in bodybuilding. I started to lift only 8 weeks out of the contest which was in november i had placed 4th out of 8 in the lightweight class 154lbs and qualified for the provincial championships.

After the contest muscle memory kicked in and i grew all the way to 210 lbs before i started my prep for this contest which is may 23rd at 18 weeks out. Im now 190lbs and will be looking to compete in middleweight at 175lbs.

Will be documenting my diet and training for your entertainment

workout today after meal 1 was hamstrings I should mention i only train for bodybuilding no strength or power I only try to contract the muscle as hard and long as possible on every rep and basically make everything as painful as possible also use no chalk belts straps so the weights u will see will not be impressive..

anywhere from 160-320lbs doing 15-20 reps a set and inbetween stand up and do some 1 leg standing calf raises for a total of 10 sets

seated calf raise

Don't worry about Milesdyson. He's really fat but believes he's athletic. There's actually a lot of really fat guys on here who turn their nose up on training for aesthetics. They've been at it for years and made this forum worse overall.

Nice lifts.

Did you have some sort of surgery? Are those dots going down your chest normal for bodybuilders? Are you going to track your diet and supplements? I think those are as interesting for the layman as the workouts themselves.

i have extreme acne since i was 13 and racked up serious scarring from my teen years now i have to take accutane for ever my derm says its a genetic thing if i stop taking accutane at any point i will be covered head to toe in acne

lol yes i use PEDs not in the first pic for the last show but have been using the last 8 weeks for the upcoming show

yea i noticed this also bodybuilders and powerlifers are always having disagreements but everyone who goes to the gym to accomplish their goals has my respect

my diet changes slightly for saturday and sunday the previous diet was mon-fri i add about 50 grams carbs and 2 of the meals r extra lean ground sirlion instead of the chicken breast i usually gain a few lbs in water over the weekend. Injected 375mg test,225mg EQ and 100 mg tren also 0.5mg arimidex and 10mg dbol in the PM.

serious question about BBing.. something I've always kinda wondered. what's the point of multiple isolation exercises during cutting for show prep? I'm not being glib, genuinely curious. Since you're not eating for growth, it can't be for hypertrophy. I get volume/stress is good for muscle retention. But what does say,

3 sets of DB Bench followed by
3 sets of SM incline press

accomplish vs 6 sets of DB bench.

Or 3 sets pec dec, 3 sets flyes, vs. 6 sets flyes.
