A bit of a break/deload. I did stay active, though. Huge difference between this year and last year at this time. Last year, I was barely moving and getting fat.

I walked/jogged to a grocery store about a mile from my house. I bought two 1 gallon jugs of water and carried one in each hand all the way home. I even jogged a little bit here and there, but it was awkward. I mostly just walked. My forearms were pretty tired when I got back home.

Didn't weigh myself. Probably 172 or so.
I was feeling okay, but my neck was a bit tight.
