I failed some on purpose early on so I'd know what it's like. Piece of piss.
04-16-2013 , 12:29 AM
Failed squats should be avoided at all costs. Especially singles.

Would be surprised if a terrorist attack on Tax Day in Boston (home of Boston Tea Party, et al) was in fact a foreigner and not a domestic anti-government zealot.

Still open to more requests for disease/physiology stuff.

Bros! I just put my pants on using two arms (both mine)! Boom!
04-16-2013 , 04:54 AM
One leg at a time? That's how I've heard a lot of really good athletes and famous people like to do it.
04-16-2013 , 04:55 AM
They got that from me.

Okay, officially starting my cut and since I posted the before pic I figure I'd post the after pic as well. Before is ~191lbs and after is ~211lbs. Not a lot of difference imo. Obv gained a couple %bf but I don't think it went up a ton. Sorry for no leg shots. I know that's where most of my gains have come from.

Spoiler:

Also, now that I look at these side by side I realize I'm a ****ing idiot and really need to do the same pose every time if I want any kind of accurate comparison.

Im just really really glad it isnt a gif and the towel never slides off (yes I did have to watch a while to make sure).
04-16-2013 , 08:37 AM
Also, people said I was like 13-15% in the first pic when I posted it earlier this month. What about the 2nd pic? 15-17%? Trying to get to like 10% but that may be a lot harder than I think. I doubt I've ever been that lean before so I don't really know what I'm in for...

Aidan: Are you glad???
04-16-2013 , 08:50 AM
sad, glad, maybe a little mad.
04-16-2013 , 08:57 AM
I ain't even mad

Dr Phatony, are tropical diseases (malaria, dengue) at all in your ball park?

I can rustle up something presentable on pretty much anything you can think of.

I'm turrible at guessing body fat if thats 16%. I was going to say 22% merely because in the side pic you removed your gut did seem to have some hang that the frontal only doesn't really show.
04-16-2013 , 10:15 AM
No way that's 22%. No one's got any sort of ab definition at 22%.
04-16-2013 , 10:41 AM
Just to be clear, I was talking about Tuco's, not BtM. Sorry if there was confusion my bad for not referencing.

For BtM I agree, something about 15%

mornin brahs

Spoiler:

04-16-2013 , 11:45 AM
Mornin'

I'd say Tuco is 18%

BtM is 15-16%? Abs look lower but otherwise seems like that. And was like 12% or something. Damn, that ab definition in general. SOB, lol.

Saw's random Q of the day: what is the difference between egg beaters "original" and "100% whites"? They're the exact same macros - that of egg whites.

Marketing / coloring? (I've only bought original and they color them yellow, I assume the whites are uncolored?)
04-16-2013 , 12:16 PM
DUDE been tryin to figure this out for awhile, only research was looking at the cartons tho

whites gon white
04-16-2013 , 12:16 PM
nuclear,

oh right, my bad. 22% seems excessive for Tuco, 18-19 about right imo. BtM 15-16, weird BF distribution makes it hard.
