Just made myself a tortilla-less burrito for dinner.
Cooked up some ground beef in burrito mix, cut up half a head of lettuce in a bowl, diced 5 cherry tomatoes and some red onion, 5 green pitted olives and a few tbsp of pinto beans. Poured the ground beef over everything and grated some cheese on top. Then doused it with about a cup of salsa.
Tasted awesome and im stuffed. Mfp says its about 750 cals with 75g prot, 30g fat, 40g carbs.
