Cereally, I'll probably just eat enough to not be hungry all the time and reverse engineer my caloric needs. When I was 190s I was eating like 2700/day avg and maintaining so at 211 I shouldn't be too much higher.
I actually plan to have this for dinner often:
6oz brown rice
5 eggs sunny side up with salt and chipotle tabasco.
Effectively the nuts imo. Man I love SSU eggs.
SSU eggs are pretty elite, although I have become partial to either poached or Gordan Ramsay scrambled over the last few years.
Hard to go wrong with a fried or poached egg, though, unless the yolk isn't runny. Poached/fried eggs on burgers/pasta/pizza is the nuts, though.
