Can't really afford the calories, plus I don't have a blender, I just use a shaker because I'm at work.

I might consider whenever I can stop cutting.

Re anecdotes, it's been my experience that the opposite is true. Right now he still looks enough like me to pull girls and get a ton of play. He was in open relationships and having threesomes long before he met this girl who insists on them. Of course both will have their days in the sun at different points of their lives, but over the long term, it seems to me much easier for a girl to continue to get outside action.

I'm not sure he has a choice in the matter anyway about whether or not to be in a monogamish relationship. It's important enough to her that she's going to be in one. The question is if he's willing to pay the price of admission. I'm totally in his camp whichever way he goes. It's hard to say how you'd deal with being in his situation until you're in it. Some guys dream about being in his situation but turn to jelly when actually in it, and other guys that thought they'd be in a closed relationship forever find that they not only are okay with being in an open relationship, but that their relationship is the better for it.

+1 to both of these.

Monty,

WTF to no milk? Almond or coconut milk has like zero calories but so tasty. Regular milk actually tastes waaaaaaaaaaaaay too sweet to me.

SM,

That gif gets funnier every time I look at it.

Surely you jest.

Whole milk is the nuts in protein shakes.

Today is my oldest daughter's 8th birthday. My little girl growing up. She has almost grown into the vocabulary that shamrock taught her six years ago.

Keep on swearin on.

I'm not going to disagree with you if you're talking about from a macro perspective, but I eat almost zero sugar. Regular milk tastes too sweet.

Mr. Rhymes - also, pics or GTFO. Just black out the eyes but at this point I think we all need to see some sort of picture of what's at stake here to fully comprehend the situation.

Monty, struggles to hit calories, says he doesn't have enough room to make shake more calorie dense. I'm missing something.

Walking on campus today, there was a booth giving out free cookies. Beside them a girl giving out free donuts. Most people after passing by turned around to look at the girl's incredibly fine ass...

...

I turned around to get a 2nd look at the cookies

The free market demands the noodz. I get to photoshop the lighting and add a little pump loco-style, right?

Hahaha DT you need some kind of "gif god" undertitle.

Nah, not lactose intolerant, just cut out the milk when I started to cut.

I'd be surprised if coconut "milk" has no calories, but anything that doesn't come out of an udder isn't milk. Almond or coconut juice doesn't sound as appealing to me.

I've been eating pretty "clean" lately, whatever that means, and it's been a bit of a struggle in the last week or so to hit my required calories, but it had never been a problem before. I can never really anticipate how hungry I'm going to be at dinner anymore, my lack of eating WIM is a relatively new phenomenon for me. I'm about to go crush some Mexican food for lunch, so that should make everyone happy.

Monty,

Unsweetened almond milk has 30 cals per cup compared to whole milk 150 cals per cup. So no, it's not zero, but goddamn if that's not close. And I urge you to try almond milk, perhaps the unsweetened vanilla, before you diss it. It is delish.
04-11-2013 , 12:17 PM
Okay so you cut out milk but eat dessert to get extra calories? They don't add up imo.
