My friend and I are doing a youtube review service called Two Minute Review. We started off doing it like 4 years ago and promptly stopped. We picked it back up again tonight. I haven't got a chance to edit it but I think once we get back into a rhythm it will be cool.

Didn't go as hard on the weights as I planned today because I got called away to play ball, ended up going way harder on ball than I had planned so still got that +1500 calories burn today.

Secret chinese trick: Add corn starch to thinly sliced chicken before searing in hot pan. Works amazingly well. See this vid from Chinese Cooking Made Easy for an easy chicken wok where the cook explains the corn starch thing (at 2:20). I use chinese cabbage / pok choi instead of noodles when cutting.
