Everyone has different tastes, but it seems to me that around 50% of the ppl in here genuinely do not like pics of girls with muscle. And I'm not even talking about lots of muscle, just some, like the ones mcb just posted. Does 50% sounds about right? Whatever the # is, it's a very surprisingly high number to me since I find them all super hot.

Going to continue bulking this month and then attempt to cut in May. So I guess my goal for April is to gain 10lbs and keep increasing my lifts before inevitably plateau.

Also, what are people's opinion on weight gainers? Aside from a regular, fairly clean diet, I'm doing 5g creatine, 2 scoops whey and .5GOMAD.

I would not try to gain 10# this month. A lot of the weight you gained last month comes from water weight due to the creatine and living at a surplus. I don't think you'll get any more water weight. If you were to cut the creatine and go on a deficit, you'd swing 8 or so of those pounds quite quickly. Lyle suggests about a pound a week for the bulk, and hopefully you get 2# muscle, 2# fat in the month.

creatine has been an ongoing thing for me for many months so it's nothing new, but yeah, 10 is probably too much. 215 would be a nice number to hit but I probably won't be able to get there.

Question though, if it's mainly water weight that I've gained why haven't I lost it yet?

I think I messed up and took too much meat out of the freezer at once. What do you guys think the life times are like on the following?

1. Chicken breast - took out on Friday
2. Turkey tenderloin - purchased on Saturday
3. Ground beef - purchased on Saturday

Ground beef is at least 2 days worth, maybe more, it's 80/20. Chicken breast and turkey tenderloin are probably about 100-150g protein each, so most of a day, but sub-day amounts without a doubt.

Will drive about 5 hours to the middle of nowhere to a county called Hanyuan, where kungfu grandmaster (kungfu guy's teacher) has his school/temple/monastery. Will live there for about a month and get trained/educated every single day by kungfu guy, who (as I mentioned in my log) teaches selfdefence and martial arts techniques to airport and in-flight security, has tons of experience working as an unarmed bodyguard and was head of security for the Beijing olympics torch relay in 2008. No wifi and wooden bunk beds. Dis gon b gud. Stacked 24lbs of serious mass 1250kcal weight gainer shakes, cause I'll probably have to survive on rice and tea.

Freeze beef cook and eat poultry. Or cook it all and eat out of the microwave for three days.

I rode almost 900 miles in march, biggest month by a long shot, and also my first legit century (been very very close a few times)

This month I would like to try to lose a little weight, a few pounds or so. Continue with the volume. I have the MS150 in a few weeks and then the Tour de Rouge in a month.

This weekend I met a dude who is going to do the Paris-Brest-Paris race. It's 1200km, non-stop, you must complete it within 90 hours, some people finish in the low 40-hours mark. Insanity.

I'm with you, but conflicted, just because I can't suspend disbelief to imagine all these chicks can get there naturally. Like that Team Mshell one has a super cute face and I sort of enjoy the muscle and would want to do nasty things to her, but fellating a girl's clit that's half the size of my **** (while she encourages me in a baritone voice) isn't one of those things.

April goals:

-Cut from 201-->193ish (on my way down to 185 before I consider maintaining for a while)

-Continue to make some kind of gains in squats, since they've lagged behind my other lifts forever. 15-20lb for the month would be fine

-At least maintain in all other lifts
