i just learned to do the ketllbell swing properly and this is the best thing i've done by far for my anterior pelvic tilt. i've done a ton of 1 leg supine bridges, and pull throughs, this is way better.

yeah I rock these every once in a while.

However, keep in mind tight hip flexors and weak lower abdomen contribute to APT as well. I've been focusing more on that lately, stretching my hip flexors throughout the day (given that I sit at a desk for most of it) and working in some reverse crunches here and there.
