I've searched a bit and can't really find a answer to my question.
I'm on a 2 day, push-pull split. I lift from ~5am-6:15am
I lift Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri.
Monday is front squats and Thurs is LB back squats.
What day and around what time would you incorporate HIIT into this schedule without interfering with legs? I'm prob over thinking it but would just like to see some suggestions.

EDIT: would like to add HIIT 3 times a week.
