Help incorporating HIIT Help incorporating HIIT

I've searched a bit and can't really find a answer to my question.

I'm on a 2 day, push-pull split. I lift from ~5am-6:15am

I lift Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri.
Monday is front squats and Thurs is LB back squats.

What day and around what time would you incorporate HIIT into this schedule without interfering with legs? I'm prob over thinking it but would just like to see some suggestions.

Have a look into the West Side for Skinny Bastards program, he mentions ways to incorporate conditioning into programs. Three sessions might be too much, I have seen people recommend HIIT after on gym session, and another on saturday independent of lifting (Johnny Pain, i think)

Thanks, I'll try Tues and Sat. Front squats on monday are not too taxing and I've got Wed off. By Sat afternoon I should be fine from the back squats on thurs.
