We talked about my surgeries and other issues/injuries in the past. I said I'd had an achilles rupture and she guessed which leg based on the size difference. I said it still wasnt as strong as the other one bu strong enough to get me through what I do. It reminded me to add in some more calf work.
Damn, my hip/back/quad thing is not getting better. Sitting in certain chairs it gets really painful in my quad/knee after 45 mins. I was having a coffee with a friend this morning and I was squirming in my chair after an hour with discomfort, similar story in a meeting earlier in the week.
How bunk is triggerpoints.net? Cause it looks like a bit of this:

You can't link to those. They've got a wrapper that prevents you from linking or even sharing the image. You can probably see them, because it wraps the URL with a 'token' that is for you.
Thanks! It's not worse than what I managed through the last 3-4 weeks of comp prep. Frustrating to see no improvement with rest though. Gave it a decent working with a baseball today will see how it goes, but back to light work this week regardless
You will probably know by tomorrow if SMR works. The pain will either subside or feel worse. FWIW, ice and heat have helped knee pain for me in the past. It feels magnitudes better by the next day. Hope you get better soon.

That site is legit imo. I would start to get concerned if you do not find any knots in those areas and it is still painful for a significant length of time.
Pretty sure as an American I'm supposed to tell you to take opiods for it or at least fill a prescription to sell.
I do need a new hobby!

Mashed it with a ball yesterday, will do so again tonight and try some light squats...
Rolled out my hip and did some band stretches, but didnt feel up to squatting. Got through the rest of the stuff and some face pulls. Will keep up with the rehab and chuck in extra upper work and see how it goes, work back to some ham curls and belt squats and go from there.
S&F anxiously waits and gives this first ballot hall of famer three months to comeback, or he will be discolored green and forgotten into the ashes of the backsquat graveyard.
