Decided to work up to a heavyish squat. Reasonably happy with 195, I knew it would have dropped quite a bit but feel like I can improve on that to around the 210 mark and that will feel ok. Tracked my bar paths with barsense which was quite fun, still a noticeable twist in the squat to the right side, but bench bar path is a nice backwards curve. Have been benching with middle fingers on the ring for a little while (out from ring finger on the ring), and this session went with max legal width to try it out and it felt ok. In the past it has caused wrist pain, but not today, so I might pursue it for a bit. Vids to come, internet real slow here at the moment due to some storms.
