Work got in the way yesterday so I tried to catch up today. Have a couple of niggles at the moment, something in my left quad referring to knee and something in my right lat referring to shoulder/elbow, so that made things a little more difficult but a roll helped. Shifting drastically to the right in squats and not sure if that's a symptom or a cause of issue, but needs further investigation on that knee cave.
Thursday: 2560cals, 164g protein
Today: 2437cals, 170g protein
Did ok this week, but probably only a very slight deficit overall. Need to add more fibrous veges to my meals for satiety. Will weigh in tomorrow morning for a ball park figure, but have a fancy lad dinner for my Mum's 60th. Will try to be mindful through the day.
