Jerk triples alternating in front and btn 135x2, 155x2, 185x2, 195, 205btn, 205x1rep felt off so I said f it and didn't continue, 185x2 btn

195x3 front and 205x3 btn might be prs, I'll have to check. I'm not used to facking lowering this **** anymore . Rack jerk triples are honestly pretty high volume in terms of time under tension. I underestimated how tired I would be after them even though I knew it was a lot of sets.
After looking back the jerks are both prs, and they were easy. It's partially bc I've rarely done triples but ill take it
