Last power snatch i couldve gotten if I had pressed it out. lol 95+% of my max snatch.
I think everything from yesterday helped with my positions and speed, meaning slowish from floor to knee then accelerate hard. Before I had been closer to constant speed. Traps are absolutely fried right now.
Also a girl at my gym DLed 430x3 some ridiculous **** today, absolutely WTF
