I've probably taken 2 weeks off in the last 2 years due to lower back tweaks. I also messed up my shoulder doing too much btn pressing but I just had to work around it and I could still train lower body. That lasted a month or 2.
Too bad there is no otc even for elite athletes let alone mediocre ones like me.
