I have not been enjoying the ment lately. Pretty shameful what people do to him. His complete lack of dedication in the gym is really what's boring me though

Nice. By the time I got to Cj I was unfocused and satisfied lol. There is definitely room to grow with how locked in 215 was, just need the right mindset/environment.

Got sick a few days, drank/lazy a few more. Really inexcusable but hey, today went really well considering. I felt tight and amraps were lower but didnt miss anything.
