Rdl weight will stay the same. I'll be more aggro with the clean dl weights when I get to the 5s.

Tbh I can't imagine heavy 3x10 for both dl and rdl. Maybe I could do it and I'm just being a vagine.

As for norik, 8 yrs is effectively life. It will be interesting to see how they do the bans for some people though. Whether they give them credit for the time since the test or just start the bans now

Your technique is good for how short you've been lifting. I pretty much wanna put you in an OTC type facility with a whole bunch of good food and pump you full of PEDs until you basically become a shorter Klokov.

I've probably taken 2 weeks off in the last 2 years due to lower back tweaks. I also messed up my shoulder doing too much btn pressing but I just had to work around it and I could still train lower body. That lasted a month or 2.

Too bad there is no otc even for elite athletes let alone mediocre ones like me.

Snatch was meh. Tied my pr but only the first attempt at 220 was a worthy effort.

Cleans were just unbelievably weird/bad. I felt like my pull was pretty good but I just couldn't rack it. The 225 I made i had to let go to my fingertips. Trying to do my normal rack was painful. I think I'm just ******ed and need to warmup better before cjs

Fs might be a pr. Def a pr in terms of form.

I was loose in the bottom. You can't see it really from the angle but my arms and shoulders caved a bit.

I did some random pcs and dls/rdls on Thursday while trying to teach my dad to squat and DL. then went on a 3 day Halloween/college homecoming drinking spree. seems I survived ok

I think this is the correct way for rows to be done for strength athletes. Maybe a little less english for the bodybuilderino testosterona trenbolona masterona growth hormona insulina, but the angle is about what I'd like.
