Yeah I was pretty lean then but I'm like 180 lbs now lol. Fat fat, time to cut. Whatever your body fat is, you will make it through hard work if you are shooting for good aesthetics. It took me about half a year to get like that but I was fortunate enough to have enough muscle mass to do a serious cut.

I'm not sure about measurements. Pretty sure I was 28/29 waist tho. None of those pants fit me now.

The Mrs. is a leader for our daughters girl scout troop. They went snow shoeing today after school. Uncertain time schedules, combined with Fat Kid Thursday led to a big box chain pizza for dinner.

This was the first time in weeks that I just loaded up on Carbs, and I actually think it affected my performance. While I was pretty content stomach wise, I just felt lethargic and like I was going through the motions tonight doing Yoga. It felt great to chuck the last slice of pizza and breadstick to the fat beagle rather than eating it. But felt terrible to just feel so blah in regards to my goals.

I'm still well under my rolling weekly calorie average goal, but damn does it suck to look at one day that's 100 over.

Breakfast: 140 calories two eggs
Snack: 50 cal string cheese
Lunch: 250 cal tuna wrap
Snack: 200 Cal Protein Bar
Dinner: 750 Cal Steak Fajita Mix (without the tortilla's)
Snack: 100 cal ice cream (Mrs. found a single serving that was only 100 cal. Tiny but sufficient)

Likely hitting a beer and a hard boiled egg in a bit.

Started looked at racing canoes today. Talked to my paddling partner today, he's down to 205 from 220. Shooting for 190 by the end of July. Could be a busy spring and summer if we go for it.

Same workout clothes as always, post workout weight 167.2

Week 7, day 1 done

Dinner: 325 calories Salad grilled chicken, egg, chia seeds, 1 tbl spoon Italian

Likely going to snack tonight another 2-300 calories on something. Don't really feel hungry now, but I know in an hour or so I'll be ready to graze.

Post workout weight 166.00 fully dressed.

Forgot to log yesterday, but it was nothing exciting, well below my 2000 calorie target. Dinner was the chicken w/asparagus that we had a couple weeks back. Breakfast the usual 2 eggs, etc. Kind of a creature of habit.

The Mrs. is starting to see where our son gets it from. I like to work out the same time of night, wearing the same sweats, eat the same thing every day as much as possible, at the same time, etc.

Had a great weekend, put $80 bones on bovada and cashed out $1760. Had put $80 on a few weeks back, ran it up to $1400 before plummeting to $300, cashing out and running. Really want to buy a racing canoe, or at least some equipment to hit the river with this summer. Decided to gamble to make the cheese to buy it.

So far two weekends I've played, two victories. The 'dog has always been good to me.

Today I give you what happens when something breaks my routine. Only worked a half a day, as I had to close on the sale of my rental house tonight.

Breakfast: 50 cal string cheese
Snack: 180 cal quest bar
Lunch: 310 McD's Cheddar and Onion burger
Snack: 200 cal jerky
Dinner: 1360 cal Arby's garbage with a pepsi

First time I've eaten McD's in weeks. I didn't mind the Arby's, but damn does McD's blow ass after you haven't had it in ages. With my travel schedule today and the closing on the rental property we had very little time to keep to a good schedule.

One bad day of a couple hundred calories over target doesn't sink the ship though. And it def didn't stop me from Plyo X'ing it up tonight.

No clue what/how much I ate for dinner. Only that it was delicious, and that I didn't go back and eat the left over half a loaf of Garlic Bread (like I used to do).

Probably through a snack on tonight of another 1-200 calories before bed.

Only made it through half of Yoga X. Then I had a guy show up to test drive a car I have for sale. Meh.

Figure the usual added 50-200 calories in grazing tonight.

Pretty pissed about the Yoga interruption. Don't mind people test driving, but mess with my Yoga, and then tell me you're gonna work on coming up with the money? Who the **** test drives a car without having the correct amount of funds available?

On the road again for work this week. Actually going to try to put a pound or two back on via cuts of red meat for dinner the next few nights.

Dinner: 1700 calories (20 oz porterhouse which I didn't eat all of as it was Lone Star takeout and tasted like shoe leather by the time I got it back, a titch of my side salad and some brocolli)
Snack: 310 calories Soft Pretzel

Was absolutely craving a huge slab of red meat. Was vastly disappointed by the shoe leather. Oh well. Life on the road eating takeout I guess. Old me would have killed the whole thing, plus sat at the bar, eating the bread, and drinking 5 beers.

Highest calorie day I've had in the past 50+. And man did it ever feel good.

That was really the only thing I felt like I completely wasted 300 calories on. I'm working on the road, had a little time to kill. Went to the mall and dropped $100 bones on the Mrs at Victoria's Secret. Had a fat kid moment on the way out and went for a plain salted pretzel at Pretzelmania. It wasn't even that good, should have went to Aunt Jennies, or whatever the name of the other pretzel place is.

Her target Bikini is Vic Secret. She's small enough to wear it at this point, but just started Brazil Butt lift to try to tone it up. I'll see if I can get a picture in 4 weeks after she's done with that

Called the shipping company on the canoe, confirmed they had picked it up from the seller. The guy started asking where I live in my hometown, so I asked him if I was familiar. His response: I deliver a few boats there every year. Racing canoes.
