Breakfast: 140 calories 2 eggs
Snack: 50 calories string cheese
Lunch: 250 calories Tuna Wrap
Snack: 200 calories protein bar
Snack: 90 calories apple sauce
Dinner: 325 calories Salad grilled chicken, egg, chia seeds, 1 tbl spoon Italian
Likely going to snack tonight another 2-300 calories on something. Don't really feel hungry now, but I know in an hour or so I'll be ready to graze.
Post workout weight 166.00 fully dressed.
Forgot to log yesterday, but it was nothing exciting, well below my 2000 calorie target. Dinner was the chicken w/asparagus that we had a couple weeks back. Breakfast the usual 2 eggs, etc. Kind of a creature of habit.
The Mrs. is starting to see where our son gets it from. I like to work out the same time of night, wearing the same sweats, eat the same thing every day as much as possible, at the same time, etc.
Had a great weekend, put $80 bones on bovada and cashed out $1760. Had put $80 on a few weeks back, ran it up to $1400 before plummeting to $300, cashing out and running. Really want to buy a racing canoe, or at least some equipment to hit the river with this summer. Decided to gamble to make the cheese to buy it.
So far two weekends I've played, two victories. The 'dog has always been good to me.
