Lying chest supported rows is where its at, I guess it a seal row, without looking like a seal ;-)

Also there was that one guy at worlds deadlifting 260,5 kg at 70 years, so you have plenty years left! :-)

That's amazing! A guy that goes to my gym supposedly set some kind of deadlift record for his age group (70+) last month. Not sure if it was a state record or national. The person that told me was sketchy on the details.

Weight: 202. After a cursory examination by an orthopedic surgeon who is a regular at my bar he determined that I have 'golfer's elbow'. Nothing to do other than rest for now. He recommended that I lay off lifting altogether but I can't do that...yet. Instead I reduced the weight a lot and I'll see how it feels in a few weeks. Either way I can still squat.
